Start with a live task
Each exercise begins with work the team recognises, such as a sector review, a diligence question or a reporting pack.

Discuss a team workshop Half-day, full-day and multi-session formats. Delivered in person or live online.Who it is for
The workshop is built around a live workflow, not slides, product demonstrations or a generic prompt library. Participants work through tasks on their laptops and compare the result with the standard expected by the team.
What the team will learn
Participants take a real task, use an AI assistant to complete a first pass, then check the output before it is used in the next step of the process.
Analyse a sector pack, capture the facts and sources, then identify the questions the deal team still needs to answer.
→Run a first pass across a data room, compare documents and produce an issues list for further review.
→Structure a first draft of an investment memo, identify missing evidence and prepare questions for the investment committee.
→Review a KPI pack, prepare first-draft commentary and isolate the variances that need management attention.
Across every exercise: use approved tools, check the source material, protect sensitive information and keep the decision with the team.

How the workshop runs
One instructor leads the exercise on screen. The other moves around the room, helps participants work through errors and shows them how to adapt the method to their own task.
The session can use Claude Code, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or another tool your firm has approved. We agree the toolset before delivery.
What makes the training useful
Each exercise begins with work the team recognises, such as a sector review, a diligence question or a reporting pack.
Participants use the tool, review the output and adjust the method with an instructor beside them.
The session shows where human review, source checking and professional judgment remain essential.
Who teaches it
The teaching team includes practitioners with experience in private equity, credit, analytics and consulting. They understand the time pressure, information volume and quality threshold behind a live investment process.
They teach the method, work through the questions and help your team apply it to the task in front of them.
